National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) provides jobs to the workers in rural areas as well as their locality by Job card.
The NREGA program provides a monthly stipend, which is paid directly to the worker's bank account, for their employment. It also provides a monthly payment, which is made in the form of a monthly salary, to the worker's bank account.
The monthly salary is calculated by taking the average monthly wage in the country, and is paid to the worker's bank account every month.
If the worker chooses to receive the NREGA payment in a different form, such as in the form of a payment card, they can do so.
The NREGA program also provides a variety of other services to the workers, such as training in business skills, health insurance, and life insurance.
